Meet Elaine Caraway, FNP-C

Elaine Caraway is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. Before entering pediatrics, she worked in intensive care, coronary care, trauma, renal care, management, and nursing leadership. Caring for critically ill children in the trauma unit inspired her to pursue pediatric care.

Elaine believes in caring for the entire family, not just the child. She takes time to educate parents, answer questions, and help families feel confident managing concerns at home. She also works closely with physicians and fellow nurse practitioners to provide thoughtful, coordinated care.

What Elaine loves most about pediatrics is watching children grow and building lasting relationships with their families. She enjoys caring for patients at every stage, from newborns through college age, and values being a trusted part of their lives.
